Who we are

STL Sewer Camera (stlsewercamera.com) is operated by Thurr Solutions LLC, 9406 Wilson Bridge Dr, St. Louis, MO 63136. It's a free referral service, not a plumbing or sewer contractor: we pass requests to independent, licensed local sewer contractors.

What we collect

When you send the request form, we collect what you enter (name, phone, address or ZIP, job type, timing and job description), whether you agreed to share your request with a contractor, whether you chose to get text messages, plus your IP address, browser type and the page you sent it from. When you call our number, we receive your phone number and call details such as the time and length of the call. If you text or email us photos or video of the problem, we keep those with your request.

How we use it

To pass your request to one independent local sewer contractor so they can contact you about your job, to follow up on how the referral went, and, if you opted in, to send the texts described in the SMS program section of our Terms.

Sharing

We share your request with the contractor we refer you to and with the service providers that run this site, our email and our phone line. We do not sell your information.

Text messaging

If you opt in to texts, we use your mobile number only to send STL Sewer Camera messages about your request, job check-ins, review and referral requests and seasonal reminders. Msg frequency varies (up to 6/month); msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. Text opt-in data is excluded from the information we share with partner contractors. See the SMS program section of our Terms.

How long we keep it

We keep requests to manage referrals and follow up on them, and we keep a record of text opt-ins and opt-outs so we can honor them.

Your choices

To ask us to delete your request, or with any privacy question, email leads@stlsewercamera.com or therrance@thurrsolutions.com, or call (314) 549-7770.
